The MISD Education Foundation has been created to support the educational programs for both the students and teachers for the Mansfield Independent School District. Funds will be used to facilitate student achievement and skill development, to recognize and encourage staff excellence and to expand community involvement from individuals.
The Mansfield ISD Education Foundation…..
- Is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit tax-exempt philanthropic organization
- Shares a vision of enhancing education in the Mansfield ISD
- Benefits Mansfield ISD students and teachers by supporting activities not funded by tax dollars
- Fosters creative approaches to education through grants
The foundation is not attempting to replace lost state funding or take the place of the district’s operating budget. Our goal is to provide funds for those projects and activities that go beyond the normal classroom experience.
Funds provided by the Foundation will directly benefit students in the Mansfield Independent School District and will make a positive difference for them.
