| Mansfield Timberview High School Principal, Carolyn Spain resigned and will take a position at Dallas Baptist University.
Spain will be the Director of the Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) Program in the College of Education at DBU.
“We wish Carolyn nothing but the best in her future,” says Deputy Superintendent, Dr. Bob Morrison. “I was happy to see that she is staying in education and I know she will be an asset to DBU.”
Spain has been the principal at Mansfield Timberview HS for three years.
“I have been privileged to work along side a highly dedicated, spirited staff,” says Spain. “We have all worked to provide the best learning opportunity for our students. The students have experienced many successes, both academically and in the extra curricular areas of our school's programs. It has been a constant mission of Timberview High School to be a powerful, positive force in the lives of our students and our community. Being a member of the Mansfield ISD team has been an exciting and rewarding experience.”
The Mansfield ISD has opened the position of Principal at Mansfield Timberview HS.
The district administration plans to have a candidate presented to the Board of Trustees at an upcoming meeting.
