Athletics :: Booster Clubs

The Athletic Booster Club at the Mansfield Independent School district is a support extension for the entire athletic program. Parental participation in this club is encouraged. The Athletic Booster Club plays a significant role in helping to enrich the school’s extracurricular activities.

The activities supported by the Athletic Booster Club are related to the University Interscholastic League (UIL) activities. Since the UIL regulates and governs what UIL participants, sponsors, and coaches may and may not accept, it is very important club members are aware of these rules.

Equal representation is an integral aspect of our Athletic Booster Club to maintain a strong, well-balanced program, and for that reason, one representative for each male and female sports team will be chosen. The representative is expected to attend all meetings and add to discussions.

Regularly scheduled meetings are planned throughout the year. Anytime there is a regular scheduled booster club meeting, each Director, Head Coach and Sport Representative must be in attendance. Athletic Booster Club Handbooks are issued to each Director, Head Coach and Representative as guidance.
