NCLB Report Card:
Section 1111(h)(2) of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires each local education agency that receives Title I, Part A
funding to make district and campus level data widely available through public means such as posting on the internet,
distribution to the media, or distribution through public agencies. The following is a set of reports available to the public.
Assessment – Assessment results in the aggregate and disaggregated by race/ethnicity, gender, disability status, migrant status,
English proficiency, and economically disadvantaged showing two-year (2006-2007 and 2007-2008) trend data for each
subject and grade tested
- by performance level,
- with a comparison between annual objectives and actual performance for each student group, and
- including the percentage of each group of students not tested.

Highly Qualified – Professional qualifications of teachers in Mansfield ISD and campuses, including the percentage of teachers teaching
with emergency or provisional credentials and the percentage of classes in the LEA and campuses that are not taught
by highly qualified teachers, including a comparison between high- and low-poverty campuses within the LEA.

Academic Excellence Indicator System Reports (AEIS)
The AEIS reports pull together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year. These reports are posted online in the fall.
MISD 2008 Accountability Rating - Academically Acceptable
School Report Cards (SRC)
The School Report Cards provide a subset of the information available in the AEIS reports on the performance of students at public schools.
Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP)
Under the accountability provisions in the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act, all public school campuses, school districts, and the state are evaluated for Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).
